1) Click on Mc Dowell above.
2) Enter user id: password: click on “Login.”
3) Click on the “Request” tab found at the top of the webpage.
4) Type full name into the “Electronic Signature” box and mark the box next to “My name entered above signifies my Electronic Signature” and click on “Continue” to proceed.
5) The following information is required to complete the background check: last name, first name, current address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, social security number and gender; then click on “Continue” to proceed.
6) Under “Criminal Court Searches” – click on “Add/Edit Jurisdictions.”

Under “Search Type” click on drop down box and click on “Felony and Misdemeanor,” under “State” click on drop down box and click on “MN,” under “County/Jurisdiction” click on county of residence (in alphabetical order).
8) Social Trace, National Sex Offender Database and USA Criminal Index are pre filled. Click on “Agree and Submit Order.”

State Goal keeping Diploma
The overall objective of the State Goal keeping Diploma course is to explore some of the myths and mystiques surrounding the goal keeping function. The six-hour course is directed towards the team coach—not the specialist goalkeeper coach. The object is to empower the coach with knowledge and practice methods that will enable the coach to evaluate a goalkeeper in game situations and then design an appropriate practice program for goalkeepers in and outside of team practices. The course includes lecture (theory) and field (practical) sessions.
Course Fee: $75/person, 15-person minimum. The club pays for any DL coach.
