Our Mission is to promote and foster, in our members, a basic knowledge of soccer by creating a fun, fair and safe environment. We emphasize a competitive spirit focusing on skill-development, respect, self-confidence, leadership, sportsmanship and teamwork.
Thank you to all who came and donated to our fall fundraiser banquet! We thank our minor and major sponsors for all the ways that you contributed to our silent and live auction on September 18th! With the funds that were raised, our club does not have to do any other fundraising this winter, so it was a huge success! Thank you again for all who donated in the many different capacities that evening! Our club would not be what it is without your volunteering and financial support!
If you are interested in making a donation to the club still, you can do so at anytime online through: Paypal (firstname.lastname@example.org or number: 320-241-9914) or Venmo (search @dlysa under the business tab and mention donation in the notes section before sending the money)
Our first ever Fall Mighty Strikers was a huge success that we hope to continue for years to come! We ended the 4-week season with another first for the soccer association, Youth Soccer Night held on September 14th before the Boys Varsity game against Bemidji! The youth players got in free to the game with their mighty strikers tshirt or DLYSA jersey and got to high five the players and stand for the National Anthem on the sidelines with the players before the game began! Thank you to all who came out and made our first ever Youth Soccer Night a success! We loved seeing our club's oldest players and families connect with our club's youngest players and their parents on this evening!
Thank you to all of our players who came out on Mondays and Wednesdays with Coach Andrew and Coach Shea for our Fall 4-5-6 program! We had a record number of kids come out for our short fall training sessions, just over 40. We look forward to doing it again next year!
If you'd like to make a donation to the club you can do so at any time by sending your donation directly to the club to our Paypal email: email@example.com or number: 320-241-9914.
You can also send a check to our office with "club donation" in the memo to:
Detroit Lakes Youth Soccer Association
1137 Jackson Avenue, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501
DLYSA is a non-profit organization that can benefit from your donation, and you can write off your donation to the club on your taxes!
You can also support the club through your business by purchasing a mesh banner to display at our stadium! See the information below on how to get started with that!
We thank you SO much for all the ways you've supported DLYSA in the past and for continuing to support our club and the players now and in the future who will benefit from your giving as we seek to continually improve and grow as a club!
