Before ordering the red home and white away uniform you will need your assigned shirt number. Get this by contacting Courtney Tracy - email@example.com. Give your player's birth date and year.
Admiral is a British brand and sizes may run a bit smaller. To avoid any issues you may want to try on a sample uniform for sizing, we have some at the office.
To ensure you receive your uniform in time for this season, we recommend all uniforms orders be placed by April 26 th. Orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed to arrive by the start of the playing season and you may experience delays up to 30 days.
In order to place each player’s uniform order you will need to do the following:
1. Go to the Admiral Uniform Order page.
2. Go to Player Uniforms, look for your team Stealth.
3. Select your item, Home (red shirt with black shorts) Away (white shirt with red shorts) socks-shirt-shorts.
4. Hit add to roster.
5. Enter your player Number (designated by DLYSA) and uniform size.
6. Scroll down and hit add to gear bag.
7. Repeat for any other gear.
a. Correct player number to be placed on the uniform order note: if an incorrect player # is placed on the order you will be responsible for payment as there is no refund/exchanges on embellished items.
b. Please refer to the sizing charts on the order page to ensure you order the right size uniform.
c. Shipping address (must be a physical address no P.O. Box)
d. Visa or Master Card only or pay pal account (no checks)
e. Phone number where you can be reached during business hours to include an email address.
f. Shipping cost; $14.34 for individual orders. You may save on shipping cost by combining orders.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders are processed between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. In stock orders received by 5:30 PM on one day will be shipped within 5 business days. There is no delivery on Saturdays. There is no same day delivery. Shipping usually takes from 2 to 4 business days, depending on your distance from New York. You can upgrade to Express shipping for an additional charge in order to expedite your order. There are no shipments on a Saturday or Sunday. During Soccer High Season there may be some delays.
a. Return policy?
All claims and exchanges must be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods. No returns or exchanges will be made on embellished orders. We will not accept returns for cash. However, we will be happy to exchange your return goods or apply the credit towards a future purchase. On exchanges, the customer must pay all freight charges.
b. Garments with numbers, logos, or any other modifications may not be returned.
c. We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether replacement or adjustments are valid. Be sure to inspect your merchandise. The merchandise left the factory in perfect condition.
d. No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.
How to take care of your uniforms:
We recommend washing in cold water, line drying or in the dryer on low.
NEVER use an iron or hot water or the high cycle on a washer or dryer.
